Vision Statement

Institución Etnoeducativa Rural La Paz focuses on empowering its students with the tools needed to be successful in any arena be it cultural, social or spiritual. The strengthening and understanding of how valuable each of them are, the pride instilled in their ethnicity, customs and culture are primary in the building on their character and development of the children’s mind.

Our pedagogic process highlights the value of knowing what is means to be Wayuu while proving each community with the tools to adapt and overcome challenges in an ever-changing society that usurps their heritage and reshapes their future.
